At Dirty Dog Labs, we want you and your pup to love every adventure. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Preorders

Products marked as Preorder are charged at the time your order is placed.

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@dirtydoglabs.com.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, logistics, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include any original accessories or inserts.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your order.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dirtydoglabs.com.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products that have been significantly damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product or scent, please contact us at support@dirtydoglabs.com, and we'll help determine the best solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
